Terms and Conditions
  • Colours and sizes of stones may vary depending on stock and alternative Pearls and stones are available other than ones listed so don’t hesitate to ask.

  • There is no minimum order.

  • Initial orders will be delivered upon payment of pro forma invoice.

  • Fi Mehra Designs retains full ownership of all goods until payment is made in full.

  • Payment should be made by cheque to “Fi Mehra”.

  • Fi Mehra Designs retains full control and copyright over all images, reproduction rights and designs purchased by a client.

  • Any breakages, shortages or damaged goods must be made known verbally within 3 days of receipt of goods, and returned within 10 days accompanied by written conformation of the reason for return.

  • Other than where there is fault with the goods themselves, the client has full responsibility for the postage and packing in returning damaged of broken goods. This must be discussed and agreed in advance of any goods being returned.

  • Fi Mehra Designs has the right to alter the price of work without prior notice although every attempt will be made to notify clients in advance. Where a confirmed order has been placed, the prices quoted will be honoured.

  • Fi Mehra will exercise her statutory right to claim interest and/or costs and compensation for debt recovery under the Late Payment legislation should the 30 day payment due date not be met.
